At RYOS, we know that sometimes you need your gear fast. Whether you’re preparing for game day, replacing training gear, or buying a last-minute gift, we want to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

That’s why selected products on our website display our “Order by 3pm – Ships Today” badge.

What does the badge mean?

If you see the “Order by 3pm – Ships Today” badge on a product, it means that item is available in our Wellington dispatch warehouse and is ready to be packed and sent straight away.

Simply place your order before 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch it the very same day.

Please note:

• Same day dispatch applies to orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00pm

• This service excludes New Zealand public holidays

• Orders placed after 3:00pm may be dispatched on the next business day, you may still sneak in there, but this is when our last courier pick-up for the day may be!

Why don’t all products qualify?

RYOS offers a huge range of sporting gear, apparel, and official team merch.

While many products are held in our Wellington dispatch warehouse, some stock is located in our retail stores or needs to be sourced directly from within NZ suppliers.

Because of this, not every item can be shipped immediately. Our standard handling time for these products is typically 1–7 business days.

What happens if my order contains mixed items?

If your order includes a combination of:

• items with the “Order by 3pm – Ships Today” badge, and

• items that require extra handling time,

your full order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

If you need an in-stock item urgently, we recommend placing it as a separate order from any slower-to-arrive items.

What about personalised items?

If you choose to add personalisation to your order, such as printing a name and/or number onto your jersey or apparel, please allow extra time for this service.

Personalisation typically takes 1–2 weeks to complete.

This means that even if your item displays the “Order by 3pm – Ships Today” badge, it will not be dispatched the same day if printing has been added.

Instead, your order will be shipped once the personalisation has been completed and the item is ready to leave.
