The colours, the collar, the sponsor across the chest - sometimes that’s all it takes to remember a favourite player, a memorable match or the team you grew up supporting.

The RYOS Archive gives those designs a place to stay. It brings together selected jerseys and supporter gear previously stocked by RYOS that are no longer available to purchase, preserving their images, product details and the design stories we have on record.

Keeping a record of the gear we’ve loved

RYOS has been part of New Zealand’s sporting community since 1993. Over that time, we’ve seen plenty of jerseys and supporter ranges arrive, find their fans and eventually leave our shelves.

New seasons naturally bring new gear. But an older jersey doesn’t lose its interest simply because it is no longer available.

The Archive lets supporters revisit selected products from past RYOS ranges. You might recognise a jersey you still own, find a design you missed or rediscover the kit you wore while cheering from the stands.

All Blacks and Māori All Blacks

Small details can make a familiar jersey feel distinctly tied to its season: a change in collar, a different logo treatment or a pattern woven into the fabric.

The Archive preserves selected All Blacks and Māori All Blacks jerseys and supporter gear, offering a closer look at past designs and the details that set them apart.

Where we have the original design information, we’ll retain it alongside the product images so there is more to explore than the appearance alone.

Warriors, Super Rugby and provincial pride

Team gear tells a story well beyond the international game.

Warriors supporters have embraced some memorable jerseys over the years. Super Rugby colours connect fans to their teams, while NPC jerseys carry a strong sense of regional pride.

The Archive includes selected past RYOS products from teams such as the Warriors, Hurricanes and Chiefs, alongside provincial merchandise from Northland, Hawke’s Bay and other teams represented in the collection.

It is a growing record of gear we’ve stocked, rather than a complete history of every team or jersey.

Archive products are no longer available to purchase. Items that are temporarily out of stock and expected to return remain in our current shop.

Our Retro & Heritage range is separate too. It features classic-inspired designs that may still be available to buy; the Archive preserves products that have left our range.
